Quick 3 hour drive down the Hume to catch up with Tania and Thomas from Melbourne and the Davids from Sydney. Finally, after many years of trying,  got to Floriade . An opportunity to practice with the Canon before the the advanced photography course starts in a couple of weeks. Losing an hour because of the start of daylight saving we arrived at about 10.30am and headed over to Floriade which was very busy. Angus was pleased there was a ferris wheel and giant slide so it wasn't boring like Dad said it would be! We got back to the apartment just as it started to rain and then headed to the Australian Museum for a couple of hours before heading home.
